Despite repeated calls, nobody appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 631 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence and the injuries caused to the brother of the informant, which are specifically attributable to the petitioner, I am not inclined to
