The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the present case is one of suicide by the wife of the petitioner. The First Information Report of the present case has been lodged by the father of the deceased lady alleging that there had been some dispute between his son-in-law and his daughter upon which she got herself locked in the room and committed suicide. In view of the nature of allegations made and that admittedly it is a case of suicide, let the petitioner abovenamed, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31561 of 2016 (3) dt.11-11-2016 the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Tarkauliya P.S. Case No. 714/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
