The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017 registered under Sections 27(b) (ii) Drug and Cosmetic Act and 21 of N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that on perusal of Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the motorcycle of the petitioner was stolen when he went to Nepal and in this regard, he registered the F.I.R. in Neal Police Station.
