The petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No. 462 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on secret information that unloading of illicit liquor is being done in village Gangati a raid was conducted and a Tata 407 vehicle was intercepted by the informant of which this petitioner was driver. Petitioner did not produce the document of said truck and upon search, iron box was found fixed, which might have been used for illicit trade and wooden dust was found loaded in the truck. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 462 of 2020.
