Having regard to the allegations of defalcation/misappropriation of public fund, which have been made in this writ petition, in the form of Public Interest Litigation, are covered by order, dated 03.09.2015, passed, in CWJC No.16903 of 2014, we are, therefore, clearly of the view that this writ petition cannot be entertained once again. The petitioner shall, however, have the liberty to lodge, if so advised, necessary First Information Report with jurisdictional police station or a complaint with criminal Court of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2890 of 2016 (2) dt.20-09-2016 2/2 competent jurisdiction with the allegations, which he has made against the persons concerned. If the First Information Report is lodged or complaint is filed, the same shall be dealt with expeditiously, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions, this application stands disposed of.
