This application is filed for Modification of order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42359 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42359 of 2017 the petitioner was ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within the period of four weeks on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 262 of 2017, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17914 of 2018(2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 Sanjay Paswan @ Sanjay Kumar could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner as per order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42359 of 2017 is further extended by six weeks from today in connection with aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42359 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
