The petitioners seek bail in connection with Choutham P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 394/120B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioners along with other co-accused persons is to have assaulted and confined the informant in a room and thereafter taken away all the loaded goods on the magic vehicle belongs to the informant after unloading the same to another pick-up vehicle. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner have submitted that petitioners have falsely been

It is submitted that nothing incriminating surfaced against these petitioners, during course of investigation, which may connect them with the present set of occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 02.11.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6.

In view of the submissions, as made above, as the petitioners along with other co-accused persons arrested on spot at the time of commission of crime and confessed the guilt on the basis of their confession and the looted articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners, where, petitioner no.1, namely, Satrughan Kumar @ Satrudhan Kumar have criminal antecedent of three cases, registered under Sections 392 of the IPC and Sections 302/120B of the IPC also, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioners is rejected herewith.
