JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer within Sono Block under Jamui District. By the impugned order dated 01.08.2011, he was directed to pay the value of 174 quintal of rice allotted to him under SGRYC scheme which remained undistributed. The petitioner submits that in view of the general order of this Court, he has already deposited a sum of Rs.55,000. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with the following directions: (i) The notice dated 01.08.2011 would be treated as show cause.

(ii) The petitioner would file his reply within two months. (iii) The Block Development Officer, Sono will dispose of

(iv) Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
