====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 Heard Sri Pushpendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Pushpa Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Dhaka P.S. Case No.256 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code , has prayed for grant of bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender.

Considering the fact that there is specific accusation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7046 of 2018(2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 against the petitioner in the F.I.R., there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
