JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-03-2016 Enough opportunity has been given to the petitioner to agitate her claim and raise her grievance for selection as Anganwari Sevika, which is not a permanent post under the State. Therefore, scrutiny of judicial kind has to be limited in effect. The two forums have gone into the objections raised by the petitioner against such selection of the private-respondent no. 7. They have not found anything illegal, as such, which facilitate allowing the application of the present petitioner. If that be so, this Court is not willing to interfere with the impugned orders.
