Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyay O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The seizure list reflects recovery of 1102 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. As a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. The alleged recovery is from a vehicle with which petitioner has no concern. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyay O.P.)
