The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In the whole case diary, the name of the petitioner has not been transpired. He has falsely been made accused in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
