2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the informant's daughter has willingly solemnized marriage with the petitioner with the blessings of the informant herself. The informant's daughter claiming to be 19 years of age has categorically stated in her deposition under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that she had voluntarily married the petitioner and it was not a case of kidnapping. Other co-accused persons namely Kashi Ravidas, Geeta Devi, Nitish Kumar and Rajesh Ravidas have also been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22039 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33947 of 2016 (3) dt.05-09-2016 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
