Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 240 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation, the petitioner became successful in obtaining service in the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited by submitting a forged ITI certificate.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33704 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that when the allegation was levelled against the petitioner, he has resigned from his service and has amply been punished as he is no more in service.
Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, that the present petitioner has already resigned from service, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, (ACJM), Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 240 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
