2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48034 of 2023.
3. The following order was passed on 02.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 48034 of 2023:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 689 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith."

4. The petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2022.
5. The only ground for renewal of prayer for grant of bail by the petitioner is that the petitioner is jail since 22.08.2022 and some of the accused persons have been granted bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. This application is dismissed.
