Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 135 c3/Ex/22 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)/(c)/(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery has been made from the public place and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge Court II, Naland at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Excise Case No. 135 c3/Ex/22, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners are directed to appear before the Deep Nagar Police Station on the 1st Sunday of the each month. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
