JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Mr. Anish Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the report under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been submitted in the court and on perusal of the same the jurisdictional Magistrate has found prima facie case to be made out, the instant application for quashing of the FIR has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
