The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. One Rakesh Kumar Yadav @ Rokey Yadav was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing the involvement of the petitioner and others in the present crime. The petitioner was arrested in connection with a case registered under the Arms Act and after that he was remanded in the present case. Petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2016, but it appears that he has not been put on TIP as yet. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also taking note of this fact that having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a
