Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of kidnapping of the son of the informant. The victim has named two other persons as his kidnapper. No other allegation has been levelled by the victim in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22816 of 2019(4) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 369 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
