2. During course of argument, it is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents-State that after conclusion of the investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed against the accused persons for the offence punishable under Sections

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.748 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 341, 323, 325, 354(B), 452, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Since after conclusion of investigation, chargesheet has already been filed and the matter is pending before the concerned Court for taking cognizance, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to further pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
