2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 105 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 13.10.2024 at 4 PM, husband of informant had gone towards river to graze his goats, but did not return and on the next date, his dead-body was recovered in the field of petitioner. The informant states that her husband got electrocuted due to coming in contact with naked electric wire, which was lying in the field of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is bonafide electric consumer and there is no laches on his part. For the purpose of irrigation, he got the electricity connection in the field. The petitioner has neither acted rashly nor negligently in causing death of husband of informant.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 4th Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sikarhatta P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
