2. After some arguments, Mr. Nil Kamal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16491 of 2013(2) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 representation before the the Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), Udyog Bhawan, East Gandhi Maidan, Patna giving details of the industries which are run by him on the plot allotted by the BIADA. The specific date of production and inspection done by the industrial department must also be given in the said representation as the petitioner has also borrowed money from the Bihar State Financial Corporation, Patna. The petitioner further submitted that he will also settle the dues, if any, or any deviation which he has made after giving requisite arrears of amount to the BIADA.

Managing Director, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), Udyog Bhawan, East Gandhi Maidan, Patna is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three weeks by a reasoned order taking into account that the petitioner is not a sick industry rather a viable industry and arrive to some positive settlement with respect to the dues by giving him appropriate time to clear all dues.
