2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who is aggrieved by the order dated 30.07.2012 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna in O.A. Case No. 10 of 2012 determining the liability of Rs. 18,51,243/- with pendente lite and future interest.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent UCO Bank submits that the writ petition ought not to be entertained in view of statutory remedy by way of appeal being available to the petitioner against the impugned order.
4. In view of the forum of appeal statutorily available to the petitioner against the impugned order dated 30.07.2012 passed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.20823 of 2012 dt.04-10-2016 2/2 Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory remedy in accordance with law.
