In the present writ petition, petitioner has raised a grievance against the appointment of Rina Kumari as Anganwari Sevika. Claim has been made that she has been appointed on the basis of forged certificate but from the counter affidavit it appears that one Mamta Kumari was appointed on the basis of forged certificate which was cancelled.

This Court is not discussing the case on merit as

Patna High Court CWJC No.15124 of 2013 (3) dt.14-09-2016 petitioner has alternative remedy under the scheme. Firstly petitioner may approach before the appropriate forum. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is dismissed.
