ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 186, 187, 224, 225, 332, 333, 353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged by way of vendetta as the petitioner had not succumbed to the pressure of the informant in paying huge amount for settling the investigation of Maniyari P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015. It is on account of the said reason that the present case has been lodged by making false allegation.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the

No.27814 of 2016 (2) dt.27-09-2016 2/2 petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 147 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
