Prayer is to direct the learned lower court to dispose of the money suit bearing No. 01/1998 pending before Sub-Judge2, Hilsa, Biharsharif within a particular span of time. That exercise does not find favour under Article 227 of the Constitution. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the learned lower court will see the reason for pendency of the said money suit.
