JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No. 101/2015 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the victim by means of Farsa. It is further alleged that they also snatched gold ring and chain respectively.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case between the parties. From perusal of the injury report it would appear that the injuries are simple in nature. Other coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51069 of 2015 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 48274 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.Case No. 101 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
