1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For setting aside the Gyapank- B.V.M.- Estab. (Management Assistant-1)-17/2018 Patna dated 24/07/2019, which has been issued under the signature of Chief Manager (HR&IT) whereby the contract of the petitioner has been terminated from the date of order issued on wrong appreciation of fact that no positive reference has been endorsed by the competent authority.

(ii) And further a direction upon the respondent authority to consider the employment of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6881 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 petitioner in view of the remark as endorsed by OSD of chief secretary vide Letter No1063/Go.Mu.S. dated 24/07/2019 in another faculty/area where the man power is required with the full capacity /ability of the petitioner, because while in reassessment his performance was exceeds performance standard, but when for the extension of next term, he has been retrenched and not selected with a remark that his service should be utilized some where else as he is under utilized in C.S. Office as reason best known to them.

(iii) For a Direction to the respondent authority to consider his representation, where the petitioner requested to consider his appointment in the post where he is required for working with all consequential benefits."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
