2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of Kunj Bihari Singh by iron rod. As per injury report (Annexure 4), the doctor has found cut injury, having size of 1 cm x 2 cm x 1⁄4 cm. There is case and counter case. Both parties are own pattidars. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail

No.25186 of 2023(3) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
