JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-10-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the Tender Notice published in Hindi Daily "Hindustan" on 13.11.2012 for tabulation work pertaining to Graduation, 2012 Examination published by the respondent no. 1 and for directing the respondents not to enter into any agreement for printing and supply of tabulation register (TR) and Mark Sheet of three years degree course part I to III for the period 2011-12 to 2013.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls today.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the relevant agreement contemplated a period of three years for printing of tabulation register of students along with papers and the marks sheets, which has already elapsed.

4. Having regard to the above, it would appear, prima facie, that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time and no positive relief can be granted at this belated stage.
