JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.05.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 21627 of 2016 wherein the bail has been granted to the petitioner to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi. It is submitted that the case is pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M. III, Sitamarhi and not before the SDJM, Pupri. Inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the application, it was stated that the matter is pending before the SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi as a result of which while granting bail to the petitioner, vide order dated 25.05.2016, it was recorded that the petitioner should be released on bail on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31082 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Regard being had to the statements made in the present application and the submission advanced at the Bar, the prayer is allowed. Let the 'SDJM Pupri at Sitamarhi' recorded at page-2 of the aforesaid order dated 25.05.2016 be read as 'A.C.J.M.-III, Sitamarhi'.
