JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 59052 of 2017 by which petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was allowed by order dated 12.12.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 59052 of 2017. It is further submitted that petitioner could not execute the bail bond within the period prescribed due to reason that the order has not been communicated by the advocate clerk of the court at Gopalganj as the petitioners has left the village for earning livelihood for his family.

Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8890 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 12.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 59052 of 2017. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
