2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and his son. Doctor has found simple injury. Allegation of causing fire-arm injury is against co-accused Raja Kumar. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25214 of 2023(3) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd Class, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
