Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 16.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9085 of 2016 on the ground that the name of the petitioner No. 3 has been inadvertently written as Surendra Mahto @ Surendra Kumar in his bail application but the real name of petitioner No. 3 is Surendra Mehta @ Surendra Kumar. He further submits that this mistake occurred inadvertently. It has further been submitted that the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the time granted under the said order and as such prays for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds.

Under such circumstances, the order dated 16.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9085 of 2016 is modified to that extent that the name of the petitioner No. 3 be read as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29719 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 Surendra Mehta @ Surendra Kumar in place of Surendra Mahto @ Surendra Kumar and the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below is extended for a further period of eight weeks from today.

The modification application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
