JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15026 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 06.04.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Since earlier the petitioner filed two modification applications being Cr. Misc. No. 15026 of 2016

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30268 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 and Cr. Misc. No. 26043 of 2016, it is made clear that no further modification application will be entertained in future. Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Complaint Case No. 708 of 2011, pending in the court of leaned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
