JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354A, B, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parents of these petitioners and the grandfather of the informant. No material has come during investigation to attract the allegations under section 354 of the Penal Code. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23545 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 45 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
