JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that there was demand of dowry and when it was not fulfilled the victim was killed and body was made traceless. When the police reached to the hospital, it was transpired that the victim consumed poison. There is no direct allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are married sister-in-laws and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20255 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 petitioner no.3 is the Gotni of the victim.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan, in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.17 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
