This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner within a short span of time. Recently on 30-112018 vide Cr. Misc. No. 69456 of 2018, considering the fact that the petitioner was in custody on an accusation of committing offence under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the prayer for bail was rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that in the case, recovery is only 10 Kg. 134 gm. of ganja and, as such, the petitioner deserves to be released on bail. Fact remains that in such short span of time, there is no question for entertaining the prayer for bail, that too, in a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23951 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 case where prayer for bail on merit has already been rejected The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
