2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 370, 372, 373 and 120(B) of the IPC, Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the Immoral Trafficking Act and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. The prosecution case in brief, there is allegation against the petitioner that he along with 23 other persons was involved in sex racket.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25730 of 2025(3) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 Petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the investigation, none of the victims named this petitioner in their statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-Cum-Special Judge, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 22 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
