In view of Annexure-A to the counter affidavit of the respondents, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, as per the stand of the respondents themselves in their letter dated 16.10.2015, the amount of leave encashment, amount relating to increase in pay and the arrears in view of revision of pay as per the package, shall be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law and as per uniform policy of the Corporation with regard to all employees.
