JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That, the present writ application is being filed for the grant of appropriate writ for selection of the petitioner on the post of police constable, who appeared and cleared all the physical tests after having been successfully cleared written examination, having secured 72 marks in the physical tests, which being the selection marks in the O.B.C. Category, in which the petitioner belongs, but

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
