This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation of criminal misappropriation is against Deepak Kumar, who was manager at the petrol pump of the informant. The petitioner is father of Deepak Kumar and only allegation is that when complaint was made to the petitioner, he abused.
Considering the submission, aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Bagaha, West Champaran, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
