Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons have brutally assaulted the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2022 and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25205 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 for bail.

Considering the materials available on record and considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application stands rejected.
