P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and taking into consideration the averments made in the present restoration application as also supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners, the prayer for restoration of Cr.Misc.No.13245 of 2012, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 28.10.2013, is allowed. Cr.Misc.No.13245 of 2012 is directed to be restored.

The present application stands finally disposed of. Now, the aforesaid Cr.Misc.No. 13245 of 2012 shall be listed before the appropriate Bench, as per the roster, after obtaining necessary permission from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
