The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is living separately and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.27263 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
