The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. Moreover, the injuries are found simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23001 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
