In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made by the Informant, a lady, that when she entered into the village, the accused persons mercilessly assaulted her and her son with fists and slaps and also tried to outrage her modesty.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28566 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Oushal Kumar @ Abhishek Kumar and Harinandan Singh is rejected.
