This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding some anti social element having intercepted the car of the informant and thereafter having looted the articles kept in the car along with car. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner herein has been disclosed upon the confessional statement made by one Shailendra Rai, however, no recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner herein, hence the petitioner cannot be connected with the alleged
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8136 of 2018 (3) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 occurrence. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted regular bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioner herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.
