The petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2019 in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had ordered his son Luxman Yadav to attack the father of the informant and it is on account of such instructions that there was firing at the hands of the Luxman Yadav which hit the said Munna Kumar, who was admitted on PMCH for treatment. He further submits that the injury caused by the said firing is said to be simple in nature

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25214 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 and therefore, he may be extended the privilege of bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and shall cooperate in any further investigation as and when required.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Masaurih in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 422 of 2018.
