Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2007 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining Constable service on the basis of forged age certificate as year of his date of birth is 1975, whereas certificate shows 1979. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has already resigned from the service after the same was detected and, as such, he has suffered a lot.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20955 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2007, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that he has to co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
